Rock School – Taster Day
Rock School U.K. is a week long course that runs during all the school holidays throughout the year. Young musicians aged between 10-16 (inclusive) form new bands, learn to play tracks by their favourite artists, write their own material, record all of their songs in a professional recording studio and play a live show to a large audience of friends and family at the end of the week.

Monday 4th – Friday 8th June, with a Grand Finale Gig on Saturday 9th June.
6 consecutive weeks are available from w/c 23rd July, up to and including w/c Monday 27th August

Rock School U.K. offer fantastic opportunities to experience a one off Rock School U.K. Taster Day; A chance to find out all about Rock School U.K. and to see what you could be doing through the school holidays. The Taster Day offer is totally free!
You’ll spend the day working alongside other like minded young musicians; with whom you’ll form a new band and perform a gig all in the same day!
With the help of a tutor, who has many years of experience in the music business; you’ll form a band; pick your own band name; learn to sing and play your favourite cover versions; polish off your performance techniques, all in time for the main event.
Later on in the afternoon, you’ll get the chance to join in with our June half term Grand Finale Rock School U.K. Gig! You will perform your songs in front of a live audience of friends and family. The gig is to be held at The Wardrobe, a national live music venue in Leeds City Centre. Our shows have always proved to be an occasion to remember!
